Empowering patients through digital tools — introducing EVOSST
Esperity has been working on a new nurse dashboard to help empower patients. This portal is being implemented in various research projects — one of them being EVOSST.
EVOSST is a European research project focused on making social and wellbeing support easier to access. Within EVOSST, we are developing and testing a user-friendly app that helps people quickly find the right social and welfare services based on their personal situation. By answering a few short questions, users receive an overview of support options that truly match their needs.
We are currently building a waiting list of participants who would like to try out the app as part of our study. Participation is simple, can be done from home, and requires only a limited time investment. No digital skills are needed — support is always available.
We are especially looking for older adults living at home, people with chronic conditions or limited mobility, caregivers, and anyone who feels unsure about which social support services are available to them.
